key responsibilities in brief:

1. Job Posting and Advertising: Creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract candidates.

2. Sourcing Candidates: Using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to identify potential candidates.

3. Screening Resumes: Reviewing applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

4. Conducting Interviews: Scheduling and conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.

5. Coordinating with Hiring Managers: Collaborating to understand job requirements and finalize candidates.

6. Offer Negotiation: Extending job offers and negotiating salary and benefits.

7. Maintaining Talent Pipeline: Building a database of potential candidates for future requirements.

8. Compliance: Ensuring hiring practices comply with labor laws and company policies.

9. Onboarding Support: Assisting new hires with onboarding and orientation processes.

10. Reporting and Metrics: Tracking recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire for performance analysis.
