Job Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance. Work closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies.
Sourcing and Talent Pipeline: Actively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Build a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments, including resume screenings, initial interviews, and skill evaluations. Present the best candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates by maintaining timely communication, providing feedback, and managing expectations throughout the recruitment cycle.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyse key recruitment metrics to evaluate sourcing strategies and improve the overall hiring process. Generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for sourcing and employer branding.
Analytical skills for interpreting recruitment data and driving data-based decisions.
