We are looking for Talent Acquisition Experts for our Executive Search BU.

Good Communication, relationship building, business accumen, data analysis and attitude to learn

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research on the client and industry

Understanding the job description

Mapping Target companies

Sourcing CVs - job portals and social media

Screening CVs as per requirement

Managing the initial interaction with candidates

Create/maintain Google Sheets for every position

Maintain the resume database and details of candidates (MIS)
