We are looking for an energetic and motivated HR Recruiter with at least one year of experience to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.
Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites.
Source potential candidates through online channels (., LinkedIn, job boards).
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in the coordination of the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
Support HR functions and participate in HR projects as needed.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
Familiarity with Job Portals and resume databases.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills: Experience with social media recruiting is an added advantage
