Job Description

Responsibilities:-

Source potential candidates from various online channels (. social media and professional platforms like Naukri and Linkedin)

Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

Screen incoming resumes and application forms

Advertise job openings on company��s careers page, social media, job boards and internally

Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Qualifications:-

Experience with portals like Naukri, Linkedin.

Candidate must come with high energy enthusiasm and ambitious

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel
