Job Description:

As an HR Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates with outstanding communication skills. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that meet their organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates from the BPO industry and core HR sectors.

- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and communication skills.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide exceptional service.

- Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Provide candidates with guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in HR recruitment, preferably within the BPO industry or core HR.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and clients.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
