Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Attracting Talent:
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Screening and Shortlisting:
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for the role.
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine specific job requirements and selection criteria.
Coordinating the Hiring Process:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in the interview process and provide feedback to both candidates and management.
Follow up with candidates and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing clear communication and timely updates.
Address candidate queries and concerns throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding Assistance:
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Work closely with the HR team to complete necessary documentation and background checks.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Generate and present recruitment reports and metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
