Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Selection:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, including scheduling, preparation, and feedback collection.

2. Candidate Management:
Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date information.
Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering a professional and engaging recruitment process.
3. Employer Branding and Networking:
Promote Tembo Global as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources to enhance recruitment efforts.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview notes, and hiring decisions.
