Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Selection:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, including scheduling, preparation, and feedback collection.
• Administer pre-employment assessments and reference checks.
• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
2. Candidate Management:
• Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering a professional and engaging recruitment process.
3. Employer Branding and Networking:
• Promote Tembo Global as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources to enhance recruitment efforts.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview notes, and hiring decisions.
