We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify staffing needs: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and job specifications.

Create and post job ads: Develop job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant job boards, social media, and other hiring platforms.

Source candidates: Use various channels (online platforms, databases, social networks) to proactively search for potential candidates.

Screen applications: Review resumes and job applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and shortlist candidates based on qualifications.

Coordinate interviews: Arrange interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.

Manage recruitment processes: Ensure timely communication with candidates and maintain an organized recruitment pipeline.

Conduct interviews: Perform competency-based interviews to assess the candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Negotiate offers: Coordinate salary and benefits discussions with candidates and manage the offer process.

Build relationships: Maintain a network of potential candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within [industry or specialization].

Familiarity with recruitment software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and candidate management tools.
