Urgent Hiring HR Recruiter

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: Up to 35,000 (Based on last drawn salary)

Shift: Day Shift

Working Days: 6 Days (1 Weekly Off)

Job Responsibilities:

End-to-end BPO hiring sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.

Manage job portals, social media, and referrals for candidate sourcing.

Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate with hiring managers for smooth recruitment processes.

Maintain hiring reports and ensure timely closures.

Job Requirements:

Education: Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO hiring

Language: Strong communication skills in English
