Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter with a focus on bulk hiring for blue-collar positions (2-4 years).
Knowledge of blue-collar industries and an understanding of the specific skills required for various roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
