Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks for hiring.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with clients for final selections.

Client Coordination:

Understand client hiring needs and deliver quality candidates within deadlines.

Maintain strong communication and build relationships with clients.

Target-Based Role:

Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

Work in a fast-paced environment to close multiple positions efficiently.

Database & Reporting:

Maintain candidate pipelines and update hiring status.

Keep records of interviews, job postings, and closures.

Requirements:

Experience: 6 months 2 years in recruitment (experience in agency hiring preferred).

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with job portals, ATS, and MS Office.

Target-Driven: Ability to work in a target-based environment and achieve hiring goals.

Equipment: Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection.
