ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment
strategies to meet the companys staffing needs.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social
media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
Job Posting: Create and manage job postings to attract candidates through various channels.
Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct
initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews. Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Hiring Process Management: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process. Prepare and extend job offers.
SKILLS
Understanding in MS OFFICE & Google sheet [ Mandatory]
Candidate should have strong ability to work in team
Candidate should be bold & efficient to handle candidates queries
Candidate should have effective knowledge, communication and interpersonal
skills
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
