The HR Recruiter role is a pivotal position within our Recruitment & Hiring department, responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. Your profile strongly aligns with the requirements of this role, and we believe your skills could be an excellent addition to our team.
Role Details:
Salary: INR 13,000 - 16,000 (During the initial 60-day internship)
Post Internship: After successful completion of the internship, the package will increase to INR 18,000 + incentives.
Internship Duration: 60 days (2 months)
Shift Timing: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Laptop: Mandatory
Training Timing: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Once you are shortlisted, will undergo 12 days training which is paid.(initial payment to be made).After training period completed will be on boarded for internship( balance payment to be made)
Week Off: Saturday and Sunday
Work Mode: This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from home.
Your Responsibilities as an HR Recruiter:
– Design and update job descriptions to attract the right candidates.
– Source potential candidates from various online channels, including social media and professional platforms.
– Create compelling recruiting emails to engage passive candidates.
– Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify potential matches.
– Conduct interviews through various mediums, such as phone, video, and in-person.
– Administer assessments, including numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.
– Advertise job openings on our careers page, social media, and other platforms.
– Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for their consideration.
– Provide job offer details and address candidate queries on compensation and benefits.
– Monitor key HR metrics related to time-to-fill, hire, and source of hire.
– Actively participate in job fairs and recruitment events, both in-house
