Job Description: HR Recruiter

Role: HR Recruiter

Department: Recruitment & Hiring

Salary: - (60-day internship), + incentives (after 60 days)

Shift Timing: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Training Timing: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Week Off: Saturday and Sunday

Eligibility: Pursuing and freshers (2023-2025) can apply. College students can choose part-time shifts (10:00 am - 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, or 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm).

Responsibilities:

Design and update job descriptions.

Source potential candidates through online channels (social media, Stack Overflow, Behance).

Create compelling recruiting emails for passive candidates.

Screen and evaluate resumes and applications.

Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person.

Administer assignments and tests (numerical, language, and logical reasoning).

Advertise job openings on careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.

Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

Send job offer emails and address compensation and benefits queries.

Monitor HR metrics like time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.

Participate in job fairs and in-house recruitment events.

Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

Act as a consultant to new hires and assist with onboarding.

Additional Information:

Training charges: 5000 (no salary deduction).

Payment options: 1000 to 2000 (partial payment).

Training duration based on trainee performance.

Requirements for Freshers:

Basic communication skills.

Basic systematic skills for software handling.
