This is a full-time Recruiter role. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of positions within the organization. You will communicate with candidates to manage their recruitment experience, as well as build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruiting role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes, including candidate sourcing, candidate assessment and evaluation, and employer branding.
Verify the credentials and qualifications of potential candidates to ensure accuracy.
Keep our recruitment trackers and reports up-to-date, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools.
Contribute to the maintenance and organization of our recruitment data for future reference.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working from office in flexible shifts as determined by the company.
Ability to manage competing priorities and handle confidential information.
