Should be ready to work with any sudden situations or needs

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview details.

Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Should be ready to work in a team environment and knowledge of recruitment.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels inside and outside of the business.

Required Skill

Fluent in Hindi; proficiency in English is a plus
