HR Recruiter

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Talent Identification:

- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, internal databases) to identify and attract top talent.

- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

2. Recruitment Process:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial requisition to onboarding.

- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.

- Coordinate and conduct candidate assessments and reference checks.

3. Communication Skills:

- Effectively communicate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

- Maintain clear and open communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

4. Document Collection:

- Collect and review candidate documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

5. Offer Management:

- Negotiate salary and other employment terms to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.

- Facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.

6. Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and team leaders.

- Partner with departments to understand their specific recruitment needs and challenges.

7. Talent Acquisition Strategies:

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

- Implement innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.

8. Data Analysis:

- Use data and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

- Provide regular reports on recruitment activity and outcomes.

9. Negotiation Skills:

- Effectively negotiate with candidates to ensure a positive experience and successful hires.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to address any negotiation challenges
