POSITION: HR Recruiter_ Internee (Internship For 3 Months)

Management Trainee -TA (Recruiter) internship for our Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Vertical involves end to end recruitment process understanding for PAN India recruitment for multiple clients of our organisation. This will comprise of the following key activities required to perform and the list might be open to add more.

Sourcing and Talent Acquisition

Job Posting and Advertising

Interview Coordination

Candidate Relationship Management

Offer Negotiation and Onboarding

Compliance and Documentation

Eligibility

Graduate | MBA With HR Specialization.

Excellent English Communication Skills.

Basic Computer knowledge (MS Word & Excel)

Age Below 22 yrs & Willing To Take Challenges.
