Sourcing and Recruitment:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing feedback as necessary.
Create and maintain an effective candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
Job Postings and Advertisements:
Write, update, and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards.
Manage employer branding on social media platforms and recruitment websites.
Candidate Experience:
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication, managing expectations, and ensuring professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
Serve as a point of contact for candidates, answering questions about roles, benefits, and company culture.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
Assist with the development of interview guides and selection criteria.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment status.
Onboarding Support:
Assist with the coordination of the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork and scheduling orientations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, interviewing methods, and candidate evaluation.
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and relevant software tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
