Looking for a hardcore Recruiter with bulk hiring experience for sales Min 1-2 years experience in Bulk hiring process, should be well versed with using job portals like Naukri/Link-din/Indeed/Facebook and other platforms etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

Screening potential employees resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies

Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidate

Posting job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms

Assisting in the planning of company events

Coordinating new hire orientations

Sourcing potential candidates on a large scale and help reduce the time to hire (TAT), optimize the hiring cost, and deliver the best talent

Eligibility

*Graduate with min 1 yrs exp into hiring for BPO Bulk / Agent Level hiring
