An HR recruiter's job is to ensure a company hires the best talent by managing the hiring process. They are responsible for many tasks, including:

1. Sourcing candidates: Using online channels like social media, job boards, and professional platforms to find potential candidates

2. Screening applications: Reviewing resumes and application forms to identify the best candidates

3. Interviewing: Conducting interviews with candidates via phone, video, or in-person

4. Evaluating candidates: Preparing and administering assignments and tests to assess candidates' skills

5. Creating job descriptions: Designing and updating job descriptions to attract qualified candidates

6. Advertising job openings: Posting job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally

7. Providing candidate lists: Shortlisting qualified candidates for hiring managers

8. Making job offers: Sending job offer emails and answering questions about compensation and benefits

9. Monitoring metrics: Tracking key HR metrics like time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire

10. Participating in events: Attending job fairs and hosting in-house recruitment events

11. Collaborating with managers: Working with managers to identify future hiring needs

12. Onboarding new hires: Helping new hires get onboarded and providing guidance and consultancy
