Job Description: HR Intern – Online Gaming Industry (Remote) Company- Ace2king

Location: Remote

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Intern to join our team in the online gaming industry. This is a remote opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations within a fast-paced, innovative environment. The primary responsibility will be recruiting potential candidates aligned with the company’s needs and culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: o Draft and post job descriptions on online job boards, social media, and other platforms. o Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates using online tools. o Coordinate and schedule virtual interviews with candidates and relevant stakeholders. o Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings of candidates. 2. Onboarding & Documentation: o Facilitate virtual onboarding for new hires. o Collect, verify, and organize required documentation, including: ▪ PAN Card ▪ Photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, License, Voter ID) ▪ Address proof (Permanent & Current) ▪ Employment proof ▪ Recent photograph ▪ Bank Account and UPI account details 3. Employee Engagement: o Assist in organizing virtual team-building activities and employee engagement events. o Act as a point of contact for resolving candidate and new hire queries. 4. Market Research: o Stay updated with industry trends, sourcing strategies, and online recruitment tools. o Provide insights to improve the recruitment process and attract top talent. Skills & Qualifications: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
