· Familiar with the entire Recruitment cycle
· Follow-up with candidates Good Communication skills, Confident & Positive Attitude.
· Good Experience into Naukri job portal(Job posting & Mass Mailing)
End To End Recruitment life cycle:
Sourcing,screening, selection,Salary Negotiation, Offer letter, Induction,Joining and Exit formalities
Responsible for employment verification
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
Maintain employee database using HRMS tool
Responsible for job description analysis of each position with the consultation of Department Manager
Taking care of employee related issues, working on feedback of employees
Evaluation of employee performance
Minting physical files with all the required documents.
coordination with employees and management and arranging the meetings
manage Attendance, leave,salaries etc
Arrangements for events in organization.
