• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations at local & state level. To process monthly Compliance (PF ESIC,PT, ML WF and others as required by clients.

• New employee registration and exit in PF , ESIC.

• Handle PF ESIC issues/cases/claims

• Salary transfer formalities through bank.

• Employee salary related query

• Respective labour licensing and compliances, office Visit PF Office. Labour office,

• New joining data

• Visiting Sites, PF Office. Labour office, Bank

• Claim Settlement

• Gratuity
