**Job Description: Payroll Executive with Employee Engagement**
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Executive with a strong background in employee engagement to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-6 years of experience in payroll management and possess the ability to handle a high volume of employees efficiently. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to employee engagement initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Payroll Management:**
- Process payroll for 300 to 500 employees accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Handle all aspects of payroll processing, including but not limited to salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate recording and reporting of payroll transactions.
2. **Employee Engagement:**
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment.
- Organize and coordinate employee events, activities, and initiatives to promote team building and morale.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns, grievances, and suggestions effectively.
3. **HR Systems and Processes:**
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software to maintain accurate employee records and process payroll efficiently.
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline and optimize payroll and HR processes.
- Provide training and support to employees on using HR systems and self-service tools.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
