the hr executive will be responsible for managing and executing various hr functions to support the organization��s goals and objectives. this includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of hr best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
key responsibilities:
recruitment and onboarding:
manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions and training programs.
employee relations:
address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
promote positive employee relations through regular communication and engagement initiatives.
performance management:
implement performance management systems to track employee performance and development.
conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and managers.
training and development:
identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.
hr administration:
maintain accurate employee records and hr databases.
prepare hr-related reports and metrics for management review.
compliance:
ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
stay updated on changes to labor laws and implement necessary changes to hr policies and procedures.
salary offer: rs. 3,00,000/- to 3,60,000 (lpa)
benefits: monthly salary incrementation from starting month based on performance.
