The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and executing various HR functions to support the organization��s goals and objectives. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions and training programs.
Employee Relations:
Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Promote positive employee relations through regular communication and engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
Implement performance management systems to track employee performance and development.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and managers.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Stay updated on changes to labor laws and implement necessary changes to HR policies and procedures.
Salary Offer: Rs. 3,00,000/- to 3,60,000 (LPA)
