Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
Monitor internal HR systems and databases
Review and approve or modify budgets
Design and implement company policies
Monitor key HR metrics
Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
Create detailed reports on HR costs
Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
Implement training and development plans
Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for ( extra vacation days)
Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
Monitor budgets by department
Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Plans, executes, and evaluates employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices in order to maintain and improve the organization's human resources.
Together with line managers, develop HR planning strategies that take into account both short-term and long-term staffing needs
Ensuring proper compensation management, including PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances, in a timely and error-free manner.
