About the Role

We are searching for an organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Responsibilities

Process new hire paperwork, including onboarding and benefits enrollment

Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system

Manage employee leaves of absence and time off requests

Assist with payroll processing and tax reporting

Coordinate and support recruitment activities

Prepare reports and presentations on HR data

Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures

Maintain company files and documents related to HR

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred)

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role

Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
