1. Handling Labour Advocate Mr. Prabhakar (BCP Associates) on all IR and union matters.

2. Ability to draft different types of letters, notices, memos with good written English and Kannada.

3. Ensure employee discipline and initiate action where required carry out employee counselling and maintain reords.

4. Handle employee / Workers grievance proactively and intimate actions

5. Handling union issues and same to be updated to HR Manager

6. Concerning with Government bodies related to IR issues and police station

7. Handling union negotiation, long term settlement, labour court, grievance redressal and disciplinary actions.

8. Ability to handle well in conciliation meeting with Labour commissioner.
