• Coordinating with the interns, managing them and following up with them. Managing the marketing team/interns.

• Driving the team for daily activities to accomplish the desired goals.

For Marketing interns:

• Good convincing power as well as networking skills.

• To meet up with the daily target.

• To coordinate with the Placement cell and respective CR's.

Promotion of programs conducted by LernX both physically and virtually.
