Responsibilities
I. Human Resource Management:
1. Recruitment: Complete Recruitment Cycle
2. Employee Performance Review
3. Legal-
• Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations
• Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.
• Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
• Handling administration of all contract labor.
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management HR Management:
• Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.
• Dispute settlements according to labor law & compliance guidelines.
4. Attendance of domestic sales staff & other employees which cannot be captured in time machine
II. Domestic Sales Administration
• Weekly planning of sales staff on Saturday.
• Daily Location Tracking of employees through electronic /other means & matching with their daily report.
III. Administration :
• Assist the sales team.
• Prepare and then follows up with sales staff on any sales quotations made for clients.
• Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any strategies to improve.
• Overseeing any wrong charges by sales staff.
• Respond proactively to any online or telephone queries of domestic sales.
• Liaise between other company departments to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
• Facilitate dispatch of orders and tracking their delivery & payment.
• Daily administration activities, in office, like, supervision of cleaning, buying of daily use stationery, cleaning materials etc.
• Approval of conveyance charged, by employees
Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience in an HR executive or higher post.
