Digiflix Tv is currently seeking a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team.

This position reports to our Talent Acquisition Director and will be an integral part of our Human Resources team. This is an exciting role that will offer this individual an opportunity to partner with all areas of our business, inclusive of Sales, Marketing, Tech, Product, and our Newsroom.

Candidate has to visit Schools, Colleges, and Business Houses to take interviews of the concerned persons.

Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to gather information, address concerns proactively, and ensure 100% compliance in HR areas, such as leave administration,.

Workforce Management Employee Exit Management Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.

Coordinating with hiring managers for the closure of the position.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and keep up with a high volume of activity.

Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

Desired Candidate Profile

Work closely with management to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions

Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of HR Best Practices.

Willingness and ability to undertake training needed in order to fulfill the changing requirements of the job.

Good organizational skills and ability to pay attention to detail.

The ability to prioritize and organize own workload with subordinates in an effective and accurate manner, while working within broad guidelines.

Should be flexible and Willing to work under fix deadline or Target for recruitment

Candidate should have good communication skills.
