Roles and Responsibilities: -
o Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
o Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant for all positions
o Develops training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements
o Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys
o Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts
o Ensures all employment practices comply with regulations
o Coordinating with Statutory compliance consultants
o Employee’s salary working
o Employee evaluation and calculating the monthly KRA/KPI’s for all the team members
o Responsible for the conduction and implementation of the review meetings that happen monthly
o Driving the core team meetings, is responsible for conducting the core team meetings, maintain the meeting pointers and coordination
o ESIC, PF & MLWB filling
o Planning and setup of events in the organization
o Good Experience in given Training to factory workers
o Stationery management record
o Inventory management of assets
o Documentation of AMC, company assets, bills and other admin related documents
o All insurance policy follow-up of company, employees and vehicle
