Job Description

1. Understand the Nature and Environment of the company.

2. Based on Company’s values, Vision, Mission Statements frame such standard Principles and Policies.

3. Build Organization Chart to understand Reporting structure and upgrade it

4. Develop structured work flow and strictly implement it through people management.

5. Frame the Policies and Code of Conduct to implement proper work method . Leave policies, Work from Home policies, Working Hours Policy etc.

6. Perform Core Functions of HR-

• Develop Recruitment and Selection Procedure.

• Use the Job portals/ Social Media/ references to source the appropriate Candidate.

• Execute Joining process for new employee.

• Maintain Employee Database with a proper structure by using any HR software or Excel sheet.

• Organizing work related training within week of joining

• Addressing HR related feedback

• Coordinates and liaises with external consultants on employees training needs and arranges training schedules for employees.

• Handle Compensation Management.

• Making salary, Prepare Payroll Structure and approved from directors

• Motivate Employee by creating lively and healthy environment

• Provide counseling to boost the morale of the employees.

• Brings new idea to conduct learning seminars to empower employees

• Organize team building games as an employee engagement activity.

• Set some benchmark to implement Performance Appraisal

• Solve day to day grievance, complaints and problems in order to foster harmonious relationship at workplace.

• Conduct Exit Interview

• Complete Exit Formalities.
