We are looking for Manager Profile in our organization.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Communicating with managers or CEO's to identify future planning for HR strategies.
- Develop fair HR policies/handbook and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Oversee recruitment and hiring process.
- Monitor the HR department’s budget.
- Implement performance review procedures(PMS) and SOP’s.
- Maintain daily attendance from punching software & time track software.
- Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Providing various Letters & documents like Experience letters, joining letters, Salary slips, offer letters. Etc.
- Arrange activities like meetups, team building activities, fun games, festival events, etc.
Required Qualification & Skills :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, MBA, MHRD, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, PMS, culture etc.)
- Excellent English communication in written & verbal skills
- Good leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- The efficiency with a word, excel & Google drive.
