1. Human resources specialists are responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing Entry to Middle level workers.
2. Responsible for hiring and maintaining the back up staff to ensure that company production doesn't hamper.

10. Responsible for Recruitment, Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance, Performance Review and Leave Management.
11. Assist in administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
12. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.

16. Co-ordinating with respective experts or mechanic during malfunctioning of the Machines
17. Experience in Tally ERP.
18. Bank Reconciliation, coordinating with Banks and other parties.
19. Banking inward/ outward remittances.
