Experience a) At least 5-7 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry. Knowledge Full understanding of HR laws and regulations in India including timely fulfillment of statutory requirements. Job Responsibilities Working ability a) Able to work independently in concurrence with the company's policies,b) Have excellent communication) Ability to architect strategy) Leadership ) Provide timely MIS to top ) Develop & implement overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, procedures) Be involved in managing HR activities such as - Job design, - Develop compensation package and benefits plan as per Company`s policies, - Recruitment, - Performance management and monitoring, - Liasoning with Government agencies like Labour Office, Provident Fund, ESIC, Pollution Control Board, Health and Safety. etc - Labour contracting, Security and local bodies to maintain the property .h) Bridge management & employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other related ) Support current & future business needs through - Training & Development, - Talent management, - Motivation & preservation of human capital, - Institute happy and productive work environment in order to establish the mission and objectives of the ) Promote corporate values in shaping a positive ) Ensure health and safety measures in the factory.
