We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior HR to lead our HR departmant, and ensure the smooth functioning of various HR functions. The Senior HR will be responsible for overseeing HRMS, payroll management, attendance tracking, hiring processes, administrative tasks, interview coordination, and leave policy management. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and a strong ability to effectively manage multiple HR functions while adhering to company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
HRMS and Payroll Management:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the HRMS system.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary calculations, tax deductions, benefits, and reimbursements.
Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Attendance Tracking:
Implement and manage attendance tracking systems or software.
Monitor employee attendance and leave records, addressing any issues or inconsistencies.
Provide support and guidance to employees regarding attendance policies and procedures.
Generate attendance reports for management review and decision-making.
Hiring and Recruitment:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting on various platforms . Indeed,Linkedin,Naukri etc for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Coordinate interview schedules, prepare interview materials, and ensure a smooth interview process.
Conduct background checks and verify employment references for potential hires.
