We are looking for a HR Manager having 4years or more experience from facility ans security industry must.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Taking care of payroll over PAN locations (Monitoring and approving authority)
2. Need to coordinate with PAN HR Team for maintain and preparing the statutory compilations within the time line frame .
3. Handling Monthly clients Audit and taking care of labour lichens, minimum wages, bonus returns .
4. Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies, policies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
6. Oversee and manage performance review and appraisal system that drives high performance.
7. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
8. Coordinate with line managers and facilitate terminations, promotions and resolution of employee grievances.
Skills/Competencies:
1. 3-8 years of progressive experience in various sub-functions of Man power industry
