Supports department by screening, testing, and interviewing applicants.
Provide HR related administrative support to all departments
Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, attendance, leaves, holidays, warnings, job postings
Help in payroll management, preparation and payment
Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
Assist seniors in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
Create reports for senior management
Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
Admin related Activities
Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
Keep a check on the office maintenance staff for regular cleanliness
Preparing housekeeping expense reports and budgets.
Managing office required supplies and ordering new supplies as needed (stationery, utilities etc.)
Systematically filing important company documents
Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
Hiring /maintaining contact records of brands/ IT for asset maintenance/repair or replace of damaged office equipment.
Travel management of seniors in the office by booking tickets and coordinating schedules and travel itineraries
Printing related materials, proof reading, price negotiations etc.
Onboard vendors/partners for departments as per the requirements
