Roles & Responsibilities
✓ Preferably from IT Services industry
✓ Oversee whole HR Operations process
✓ Oversee the Payroll Management
✓ Managing NHO (New Hire Orientation) to foster positive attitude towards
organizational objectives
✓ Managing the whole life cycle of Employee from On-boarding till Post Exit
formalities
✓ Disciplinary Procedures & Employee Counseling
✓ Ensure to maintain grievances to improve employee’s satisfaction / Dispute
Resolution
✓ HRMS - Monitor Database Administration
✓ Complete track of Ticket Management, Timesheet & Leave Administration
✓ Policy Management
✓ Contract Negotiation/ Administration with vendors for Health Insurance,
✓ Other Vendor Management required for HR operations
✓ Strong command of Employment laws, compliance issues and benefit plans.
✓ Should be aware of Legal compliances & Statutory requirements
✓ Ensure to maintain other statutory laws such as Minimum Wages Act and
Maternity Act
✓ Exit Management
✓ Address critical queries raised by employees
✓ Conduct various surveys, like Employee Satisfaction Survey, Compensation
Benchmarking etc.
