HR MANAGER

EXPERIENCE: 8 + Years in HR Currently Working as HR - Manager Itself

EDUCATION: MBA – HR

Location: - Andheri Mumbai.

SUGGESTED CTC: UPTO 13 LPA

Talent Management

• Take care of the entire employee life cycle

• Workforce planning and budgeting as per Business requirements.

• Designed and formulates the KRA and JD in coordination with respective Heads.

• Developing succession planning and career path for employees.

• Competency Management for all Level staff in the organisation

Training and Performance Appraisal

• Develop & Conduct a Performance Appraisal Process for all employees.

• Complete the Training needs Analysis with Line Managers according to the review of Performance Management.

• Training programs for the employee with the trainers for Technical and Behavioural Skills for sales, Service and General staff.

• Works closely with the Divisional and Departmental Head for Annual Salary Revision.

Employee Relations and Employee Welfare

• Handle staff employee Mediclaim, Term Life and Accident benefits.

• Develop various employee welfare plans

Global Mobility

• Coordinating with the ex-pats for their Visa and registration formalities.

• Coordinating with the FRRO of the registration of the ex-pats employee.

• Preparing and Issuing Offer letters and Appointment Letters to the ex-pats employee.

• Completing joining formalities and coordinating with the employee for medical formalities.

• Coordinating with the Bank for Opening accounts of the employee and other issues for banking formalities.

• Manage Tax & Salary of the ex-pats employee.

• Maintaining Documentation of the expat’s employee.

• Look after the smooth mobility of ex-pat employees and their families and help them to understand the culture of the respective countries.

Payroll, Statutory Compliances, Taxation and Labour Laws

• Independent handles Payroll and Statutory Compliances.

• Coordinate with the company Lawyer for all the legal matters and cases in Labour court.
