Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies to maintain the decorum of the office.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Payroll Management.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management ( ESI,EPS, TDS Deduction)
On Boarding and Off Boarding.
Candidate must have hands-on experience of Time Management, Employee Engagement.
Requirements:
Minimum 4/5 Years of experience in HR field.
Proven working experience as HR manager or Assistant Manager profile.
Candidate should be mature and of calm nature.
People oriented and results driven.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
