HR Head Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible to manage and execute the HR systems in the organization
- To manage and set all the Departments and their work in the Organization
- To bridge the gap which are there in the existing systems and process of all the Departments
- Plan and develop new ways and strategies for the replacement of the existing systems and processes
- Make the Team members more productive and efficient
- Check and Submit timely reports of all the team members and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Will be responsible to manage and execute the new systems, formats and process in the Organization
- Organizing training & Development sessions for employee
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Managing and orienting employees
Requirements:
- MBA in HR Preferred
- Excellent Spoken and Written English
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
- Should know to prepare presentations
- Excellent inter-personnel, analytical, problem solving skills
- Should be a multitasker
- Self-motivated, goal oriented
- Ability to work in high pressure environment
