Administration – Coordination of Security, Transportation, Housekeeping, Canteen & Horticulture Activities.
Launch up & Liaising Local Beaurocratic & Govt for new unit – Factory Legal Setup (HSIIDC Approval, Factory License, Contract License, Building Cess Compliance, PF, ESI, Pollution and Fire NOC etc.
Set-up the Greenfield Plant including HR systems, procedures and all HR related statutory approvals
HR Function – Coordination with placements, Requisition, KRA, MIS HR Report, Morning Meeting.
Training – Set up training house, prepare & develop training programme for new joining team,
Statutory & Legal Compliance along with Time Office and Administrative Activities.
