purpose
The HR Business Partner will be the first point of contact for all HR matters and work with the Business leaders for the assigned Content groups in Hyderabad. The primary purpose of this role is to provide complex operational advisory/consultancy to employees, first line and senior managers with limited direction and engage with leaders to support the people agenda aligned with business growth objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Manage End to End Recruitment Process.
Screening and Shortlisting of Suitable Profiles
Generating Leads and Maintain Database
Volume and Bulk Hiring Exposure in the Domains IT, Medical and BPO
Nurture a Positive Working Environment
Maintaining the Recruitment and Selection Process through all Recruitment Channels.
Plan Drive the Recruitment Process for all Functions in the Region.
Ensure Proper Source Mix for Hiring Talent in the Region.
Assisting the HR Manager in all Functions and Regions.
Ensure Better Quality Recruits.
Counselling and Resolution of Employee Issues.
Provide Guidance to Employees on Various HR Initiatives. Recruitment Tracker
Ensure Organization Vision and Values are Participated in the Right Spirit Across the Region.
Skills/Experience
Any Graduate Or Post Graduation preferable however not mandatory
