Experience
Between 8 and 12 Years of experience in handling People and Teams in the Technical Domain, for resources with varied levels of professional experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Must have experience as a People Manager in leading teams with proven proficiency in team building skills people management competency development
• Demonstrable track record of exceptional team management skills including– but not limited to –team building and support mentoring review appraisals grievance handling team activities etc.
• Must possess extensive experience with the Service Delivery Model and exposure to highly collaborative environments
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks ongoing processes at one time and prioritize them as required with a focus on timely and quality delivery while working on people development and growth at the same time
• Must have exceptional negotiation interpersonal skills and relationship- building ability with a strong experience in stakeholder management across levels and global teams
• An understanding of Product Life Cycle Management SDLC Agile/Scrum Approach would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Pharma Regulatory/Clinical Landscape would be an added advantage
• Prior experience with Pharma Regulatory Systems / Tools (Submissions Documents Regulatory Intelligence Labelling & Artwork Management Regulatory Information) would be an added advantage
• Must have excellent technology skills and a strong competence in basic computer applications like MS Office Suite / Office 365: Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.
• Must have outstanding communication presentation and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels across all locations
• Must be able to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment while showcasing exemplary individual output
• Must be open to feedback from peers supervisor(s) and have the drive to consistently work on self-improvement
