Experience
Between 8 and 12 Years of experience in handling People and Teams in the Technical Domain, for resources with varied levels of professional experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
Must have experience as a People Manager in leading teams with proven proficiency in team building skills people management competency development
Demonstrable track record of exceptional team management skills including but not limited to team building and support mentoring review appraisals grievance handling team activities etc.
Must possess extensive experience with the Service Delivery Model and exposure to highly collaborative environments
Must be able to handle multiple tasks ongoing processes at one time and prioritize them as required with a focus on timely and quality delivery while working on people development and growth at the same time
Must have exceptional negotiation interpersonal skills and relationship- building ability with a strong experience in stakeholder management across levels and global teams
An understanding of Product Life Cycle Management SDLC Agile/Scrum Approach would be an added advantage
Knowledge of Pharma Regulatory/Clinical Landscape would be an added advantage
Prior experience with Pharma Regulatory Systems / Tools (Submissions Documents Regulatory Intelligence Labelling & Artwork Management Regulatory Information) would be an added advantage
Must have excellent technology skills and a strong competence in basic computer applications like MS Office Suite / Office 365: Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.
Must have outstanding communication presentation and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels across all locations
Must be able to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment while showcasing exemplary individual output
Must be open to feedback from peers supervisor(s) and have the drive to consistently work on self-improvement
