Designation: HR Manager
Job Description:
Conducting recruitment and selection procedure and maintaining talent database and all related staffing communication
Preparing payroll and maintaining leave records of the employees
Managing orientation programs Training & Development for employee to the business and culture
Conducting training programs to meet the business needs and to identify key skills in the employees to sharpen their skills further
Managing, communicating and delivering important projects that impact other parts of the organisation, compensation and benefits
Gathering all necessary data to benchmark salaries and benefits and compiling all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis
To foster a conducive working environment through employees relations activities and communications
Maintaining smooth running of the Human Resources Information System and monitoring timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards)
Having knowledge of business sector of the company, skills and strategic planning, complex problem resolution and general management expertise
Outstanding communication and presentation skills accompanied with high level of interpersonal skills and integrity
Forward thinker, solid team player, having leadership qualities with strong presentation and facilitation skills preferably from Education Industry
