We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing all HR initiatives, programs, and processes to support our employees and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and plans that align with business objectives
Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement
Lead and manage the HR team to ensure efficient and effective HR operations
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment laws and regulations
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs
Develop and implement programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and make recommendations for improvements
